I’m a physiotherapist and athletic therapist with over 10 years of experience helping people recover, move better, and perform at their best. My career has allowed me to work in both high-performance sports and clinical healthcare settings. I’ve had the opportunity to support athletes at the professional and collegiate levels with teams like the Ottawa Redblacks, York Lions, and TMU Bold, while also gaining valuable clinical experience in outpatient clinics and hospital environments. There, I’ve worked with a wide range of conditions—from musculoskeletal injuries and post-surgery rehab, to strokes and neurological conditions like multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease.
My approach to care is shaped by the variety of settings I’ve worked in, as well as my own background as a lifelong athlete. I’ve competed in baseball, volleyball, basketball, dragonboat, and boxing, which gives me a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands that come with staying active. Whether you’re managing a new injury, recovering from a major health event, or working toward a performance goal, I aim to bring a well-rounded, practical, and personalized approach to every session.
